Ruzicka was sentenced to two life sentences for the rape and murders of Nancy Kinghammer (16) and Penny Haddenham (14). Andrew speaks to Ruzicka about his life growing up, the childhood abuse he endured, his criminal lifestyle growing up as a teenager and the cases that landed him in prison.
