Originally, an interview with Baxton was scheduled, but due to unforeseen circumstances in the federal penitentiary he is in, he was unable to proceed with the interview but wanted his story told, so he enlisted his girlfriend and sister to help tell his story. James Baxton is one of close to 100 defendants that were convicted, under the testimony of rainbow haired rapper Daniel Hernandez AKA Tekashi69.
