Interview with New York Zodiac Killer Heriberto Seda

Andrew speaks with Heriberto Seda AKA The New York Zodiac Killer. Seda attempted to mimic California's Zodiac Killer from 1990-1993 in New York City, gripping the city in fear totaling 9 victims, 3 of which died from their injuries. Seda sent taunting letters to law enforcement and the media just like the Zodiac Killer had done. Seda was arrested after he had an altercation with his half-sister Gladys 'Chachi' Reyes, he shot her in the buttocks and held her and her boyfriend hostage, getting into a shootout with police. Seda surrendered, he was eventually implicated and charged with the shootings, convicted on all counts receiving a 232-year prison sentence.
